Delivery/Shipping Policy...

Ship Time:

We work on Eastern Time. Orders placed before 2 PM will be shipped same-day (Mon.-Fri.). We strive to meet our same-day shipping standards on the weekend, as well

Packaging:

Cards are photographed as is (without a sleeve or top loader). Cards are shipped individually sleeved and packed securely in a bubble mailer or box. We use a variety of materials, depending on order size and the size and shape of your items to keep your order safe: top loaders, semi-rigid plastic card holders, paper packaging (like ShipShields, cuts of cardboard), bubble wrap, and packing peanuts, to name a few. If you have specific requests regarding the packaging of your items, please email us at support@tad-trades.com, and we will let you know as soon as possible if we can accommodate your requests.

Shipping Methods:

We offer FREE USPS First Class shipping on all orders $35.00 and greater. All shipping options available to you based on your order and location will be shown at checkout. In general, we recommend USPS First Class for lighter, less expensive orders, especially under $100.00, and Priority Mail for larger orders. The Post Office's ship-time commitment for these services is 5 business days for First Class and 2 business days for Priority Mail. Please be patient with delays associated with the Post Office. If you prefer to use a service not listed, email us at support@tad-trades before placing your order, and we will respond as soon as we can to let you know if we can accommodate your request.

General:

All sales are final, if you have a question or concern, please contact us at the email below, so that we can help you resolve it.

Returns/Refunds:

Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, but in general, we will go by the tracking on your order. In the rare case that tracking shows delivered, but you have not received your package, check with us to confirm the correct delivery address was used, and then contact USPS to open a missing package claim. This can be done on USPS's website. If you have any questions about this, you may also be able to visit your local post office and speak to someone in person. In these cases, sometimes the package is returned to us. If it is, we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund or re-shipment of your order. If tracking does not read delivered and your package has been missing for some time, contact us, and we will arrange a refund or replacement for you. For returns, in general, if there is an issue that is our fault (ie something arriving damaged), we may ask for photos. In these cases, for a return, we would pay for the return shipping label. If you are seeking a return because you no longer want the item, we will accept, but it is your responsibility to return your order to us undamaged.
